SendSimpleAttachment

send transactional email with 1 attachment.
Arguments:

loginEmail: Login Email of Spread.
password: Password or API KEY of Spread.
CampaignName: CampaignName
FromName: Display Name
[To]: The recipient
replyTo:Reply Email address
Subject: Email subject.
Body: Email body.
Attachment:The upload file stream
AttachmentName:Attachment display name (include extensions,for example 'file.zip')return sent result（string).
Remarks: use this method to send 1 attachment.
