ExcludeContactList
Set exclude lists to a campaign.
Arguments:
LoginEmail: Login Email of Spread.
Password: Login Password of Spread.
CampaignNamedListName:The name of campaign
ExcludeLists: Name of contact list.if more than one list,use ";" as seperator.e.g. listA;listB;listC
return count of list excluded.
